Returns & Exchanges

At Mogwai Official Store, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
